Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Communication was difficult, and the hotel was hard to find, probably because there is construction work directly in front of the building. For this reason, the hotel should have provided clearer and more detailed directions before our arrival. However, the location itself is excellent.
It is in an old building, so the elevators are quite slow, and there is no one readily available to assist you. The room is spacious, but the bathroom needs significant improvement. There were not enough towels, the entire bathroom became wet when showering, and there was a strong sewage smell, even though we stayed during summer. The air conditioning did not work properly, and the refrigerator had a strong sulphur-like smell.
I believe the cleaning staff do their best, but the property still needs considerable improvement to provide a comfortable stay. For these reasons, I do not think I would stay here again.
