Good 2.0-3.0 star hotel

Free airport shuttle (need call hotel), service, room and breakfast OK as 2-3 star hotel (i.e. not terrible). No phone info on Expedia page, not accept US credit card even the hotel name uses "international", bad tenants making noice in hall ways during midnight. Overall this likes a motel.
