Stunning 5 Bed Regency Home

A stunning 5 bedroom 4 bathroom regency town house located in Central Cheltenham.

This property is split over 4 floors and features 5 bedrooms, all with double beds that can accommodate up to 10 guests. This house is perfect for hosting well needed get-togethers or celebrations.

As you enter on the ground floor you will find yourself in the hallway. Off the hallway is a separate lounge area which has enough seating for up to 6 people. At the back of the house is a fully equipped kitchen which has an island and breakfast bar that can seat 5 guests. To the rear of the kitchen is a toilet and utility area with a washing machine and a tumble dryer and also has a door that leads out to a patio garden with outside seating for up to 6 guests.

If you take the stairs down to the lower ground floor you'll find 2 double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms here has its own SMART 43" TV.

On the first floor, there are the 2 main bedrooms which both have their own en suite showers. One of these also has a SMART 43" TV.

On the top floor, the final bedroom has its own en-suite shower. All bedrooms come fully furnished with bed side tables, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe or hanging pole to hang your clothes. All bedrooms feature double beds with crisp white linen.

In terms of parking we can offer 2 complimentary residents parking permits for the local area (Cheltenham Zone 11). We’ll arrange this directly with you once booked.

For guests travelling in more than 2 cars, the nearest car park is the NCP Brewery

The property was immaculate and well-laid out. We couldn’t fault it. It’s not easy to find a 5 bedroom property with 5 good size bedrooms and so many bathrooms, but this house fits the bill perfectly.
