Cosy cottage in the beautiful market town of Northleach

  • Tannery cottage is situated on a quiet lane in the heart of the quaint market town of the Northleach. Northleach has everything you need for a country escape, with a butchers, bakers, grocers, wine bar, cafe and award winning pub - The Wheatsheaf Inn.

    The cottage was built over 300 years ago and has many character features such as exposed brick work, wooden beam, wood burning fire.

    It's an excellent base for country walks and exploring the rest of the Cotswolds with Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water and Cheltenham all within a 20 minute drive.

    The cottage consists of:

    - Master Bedroom with built in wardrobe

    - Second Bedroom which can be made up as a double bed or 2 singles beds

    - Bathroom

    - Open plan Kitchen/Lounge with wood burner

    - Fully equipped kitchen

    Places to eat/drink within 5 minutes walk:

    - The Wheatsheaf Inn - award winning gastro pub

    - Ox House Wine Company - great wine bar serving light bites

    - The Black Cat Cafe

    - The Lion Cafe

    Transport - The closest train stations are Kemble and Moreton-on-Marsh. You can also get a coach from London to Cirencester.
