Welcoming our brand new modern renovated three bedroom house in the heart of Pittville, Cheltenham. With free on-street parking for one vehicle, that sleeps up to 6 people!

You are only a short 10 minute walk from Cheltenham High Street.
A 20 minute walk from Cheltenham Racecourse!
The Cotswolds is only a 30 minute drive away.

Living Room:
As you walk in the property, you are greeted with a Spacious, Modern and Comfortable Living Area. Featuring a Large Sofa Bed (we can make this sofa bed up for one extra person if requested, please message us if you are interested at an extra cost), a Coffee Table, Lamp, TV on the wall and a Side Cabinet underneath the TV for storage.

We have board games inside the cupboard too!

If you have a bigger party of more than 7. We have a similar Airbnb that is situated a 1 minute walk from here to accommodate a further 6-7 guests. Please message me if you are interested.

There is a Smart TV for watching free view, streaming apps, including ITVX, All4, YouTube and Netflix.

Please note the house has three different levels (Basement, Ground Floor & First Floor) these all include stairs to access. Also to note that for small children - access to the basement is open with no door to separate it.

Kitchen:
In the open plan living room, you walk straight into the brand new modern open plan kitchen area with a spacious island that has seating for up to 4 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need. All appliances including fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher & washing machine.
We also have a microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine, all for you to use at ease. We also have a food waste disposal unit in the kitchen sink, we provide instructions on how to use this if required.
Help yourself to the tea and coffee! We also provide complimentary salt, pepper, cooking oil, washing detergent & dishwasher tablets.

Ground Floor Bathroom:
Off the Kitchen is the bathroom, this includes a shower, toilet, hand wash basin and heated towel rail.
We provide, hand wash, body wash, shampoo & conditioner.

Bedroom 1:
Upstairs to the top floor you will find the master bedroom. This features a King size bed, bedside tables, a hanging rail, mirror, a dressing table, hairdryer and a huge TV on the wall.

Main Bathroom:
Next to the master bedroom is the main bathroom, it features a bath/shower, toilet, hand wash basin, LED mirror and a heated towel rail. We provide, hand wash, body wash, shampoo & conditioner.

Bedroom 2 & 3:
Off the kitchen & downstairs to the basement bedrooms, you will find a double bed in each of the two bedrooms. Please be mindful these stairs are quite steep!
A TV fitted to the wall, bedside tables and a hanging rail for you to hang your clothes. Both rooms are so cosy and very spacious.

Garden:
Off the kitchen is the garden with a table and chairs that is perfect for summer evenings!

Please note: Parking is within Zone 15 so you can park anywhere for free outside the property (on-street) within this zone, aslong as you provide us with your registration number plate.
You may not always get parking directly outside the property but you will always get parking further up the road (1-2 minute walk).
