"Hôtel room was nice. Shower was a challenge to get the setting just right for hot/cold water. No parking with Hotel. Costed over $60 under 24 hr stay- Brutal! They can cancel my BW Loyalty card. Breakfast is bare minimum."

"Nice location, close to downtown. Room was nice, if a bit dated in terms of decor. Air circulation in the room wasn’t great, so bedroom was over-warm. Balcony was functional but a bit rough condition, with very flimsy plastic furniture. Floor we were on was very quiet, which was good. Full kitchen was dated but nice to have. Jacuzzi tub was disappointing - not very roomy, and half-side of jets were weak. Underground on-sight parking was a nice secure feature, although the sloping between levels was sharp enough to bottom out our car twice. Overall, a decent experience considering the price, but the location was very convenient to lots of restaurants and Parliament Hill area."

"Construction noise on the floor above me started about 6:40am. It was very loud and my room was shaking. Why would the hotel allow construction to start so early. Unbelevable"
