"The room I stayed in wasn’t very clean but I had driven in from Ft Worth for a funeral and was very tired. I made sure the sheets were clean and decided I could stay. The a/c unit made terrible noises. The chair was dirty and something was on the carpet I couldn’t identify. After I started to see a few flying bugs I went to the front desk and he changed my room. The next morning I discovered the new room had no shower curtain, no coffee maker, no blow dryer and neither room had telephones in them. I was told by the manager I couldn’t get a refund because I booked through Expedia but that he would see if he could get a voucher for a free night at any best western, which I will never stay in again, but I haven’t heard anything from him in almost 2 weeks. It was a literal nightmare staying here."
