"I'm now thinking of other reasons to come to Martinsville just to stay here! A very beautiful and inviting property. Loved using the common areas and cooking in the kitchen. The tomatoes from the garden are delicious! The innkeeper has provided so many thoughtful touches to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. Amazing snack tray in our rooms made us feel pampered. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows of all firmness and most importantly comfortable mattresses made for grrat sleeping. Their signature soap/hair care blend smells amazing. Cant recommend enough!"

"This is the cutest cottage with all the amenities you could ask for. The house is very clean and decorated so special. The hostess has thought of everything you could possibly need. She also keeps in touch in case you need anything. "
"This is not a luxurious hotel, but is a very reasonably priced place to stay if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay for a day or two. It’s older, but clean. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was amazing! There were many contractors staying the same time we were, but they were quiet, polite and stayed to themselves. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, coffee, juice, but it was empty, make your own waffles, and frozen mini biscuits. They had flavored coffee creamer, but no regular cream. (Sorry, but I’m not a fan of sweetened coffee). Overall, it was a good stay. "
