"I had a wonderful stay here - can’t beat the location - right on Main Street in the heart of downtown Chatham. Room was fresh and clean, mattress was very soft, would have preferred a firmer one but slept fine. I did bring my own pillow which I left accidentally, the staff called me maybe 20 minutes after I checked out to tell me I left it, which I really appreciate. I wish the complimentary breakfast had a couple more warm food options - there were scrambled eggs and everything else was cold (fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, pastries, granola). It would have been nice to have bacon and/or sausage. Overall a great option if you want to be close to the shops! "
"The inn was perfect. The location way exceeded our expectations, had a tiny beach right beside it that was not busy at all. 5 min walk to the main village in Chatham. The manager is also very nice and helpful. The rooms themselves are clean, recently renovated. I would highly recommend to stay here. "

Rooms are more meant for couples, not sure how kid friednly it is, but great getaway for couples, young and old...Ms. Claude was especially great...Highly recommended..."

"July 2025 -- we had a wonderful stay at this property. It was "as advertised" -- in walking distance to Chatham's Mainstreet which is full of shopping/restaurants. Also in walking distance to Cape Cod league baseball field which was fun! Impeccably clean and well furnished. The property manager Susan was super communicative and easy to deal with. She made lots of recommendations which were fabulous. Would stay here again. HIGHLY recommend this property and this precious town. Our first time to the Cape --we will be back!!! "

"The owners were very kind and always available for any questions. The rental felt like home sweet home. It accommodations were decorated so cool. Really organized, and beds and sofa were super comfortable. The outside had some awesome features from the grill to the outside fireplace. We walked to famous Chatham baseball and fireworks. Rode out bikes on trail. Would definitely rent again! "
