Door security was painful
The door lock works reasonably well, but there was not a clear explanation of how to use it. Check-in was therefore painful, standing out in the cold at 11pm, trying to raise the landlord on the phone. A clear written explanation would be useful, vetted for accuracy by someone who does not own the lock.
