"Veronique and Philippe were the perfect hosts for their beautiful home. As we were there during the hottest days ever recorded in French history, we took full advantage of the pool because the house does not have AC. I would imagine that normal "hot" days would not be a problem because the house has thick walls they provide fans. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you would need (in fact, we cooked dinner all 7 nights). The location has easy access to the best wine town in Bordeaux is just more than a half hour from the sea. We would definitely stay at this property again."

"It seems that there is rarely someone at the reception desk after 18:00...therefore, there was no one ask for information on things. Also there was no ice machine at the hotel. With that said, overall we liked the place, and are likely to return. Lovely location, impressive entrance, with a huge vineyard in the backyard, right in the middle of the "road of many chateaus". The room, along with the bathroom were both very spacious, with King-sized bed, high-quality mattress and pillows. The breakfast was excellent quality too."

"Absolutely stunning chateau Our hostess was wonderful The breakfast was amazing. Lots of food and most of it freshly made by the owner. The bike ride was a wonderful activity. It is a little remote but the public bus to Bordeaux was easily accessible if you’re happy with an hour trip each way Otherwise you might want a car We wanted a full French farm stay experience and that’s what we got Very highly recommended ❤️❤️"
