The staff are very nice and professional. The hotel is close to Futuroscope, walkable in about 10' (normal speed) or 15-20' (leisurely walk), with clear direction. The 2 rooms we reserved are clean and big enough to accomodate up to 5 people (each) quite comfortably. The shower is a good size and is seperated from the sink and toilet, allowing others to use the facilities separately at the same time when needed. Overall, considering that most of the time the rooms are only used for resting from the visit to Futuroscope, they are comfortable and accomodating.

We found at least twenty bugs in the room in the evening, beetle like ones. Then we knew in this area, you should never open the window in the evenings, as too many bugs in this area. Then I will only have to grumble why the front desk didn’t inform us of that, if the bug problem was so severe. They changed our room swiftly at my request. I tend to see this as quite an experience. Good thing is those bugs don’t bite. If they don’t bite, I tend to not bite either.

Best bunk beds ever. 5 beds.
It was so amazing. I love the bed with five bunk beds. Sleeping with the whole family, cannot ask for more.

The great point is the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. A couple of things to be perfect: Only one towel per person is provided, it would be very much welcome, one for the shower and one for the hands and face. The way the breakfast is organized is messy, is all served in a unique cue, so if you need only a glass of water, you have to wait for the same cue as for the croissants, and coffee. The result is long waiting time for everybody, having the products distribute around the area would facilitate and short the time,

We stayed overnight in a family room to break up the journey south and had evening tickets to Futuroscope. The hotel is a couple of minutes drive to the park €8 for all day or €4 for evening (although they didn’t check on the way out).There are also several restaurants etc to eat a few minutes drive away. Family room was great, clean spacious and comfortable beds with a choice of pillow firmness. Lovely shower although it did soak the room so we rolled up a bathmat on the tray edge which fixed it. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, allowed us an early check in. Breakfast was very nice, excellent value and very kind helpful staff who worked hard keeping it clean and well stocked. The only thing the children would’ve liked would be English speaking channels on TV and a games console which had been advertised but they survived without 👍 I would definitely recommend this hotel for families and it was the perfect stop over.

I would loved to have been able to provide a more insightful review but we booked this long before COVID but in the end we were unable to do all that we planned on our France trip. As we had booked on a non-refundable rate there was no reason to cancel this if there was even a slight chance that we could make it to this hotel as planned. As it happens, we found that many of the interesting things at Futuroscope had restrictions so we decided to save that for another year, so there was not any reason to stay at this hotel. So we didn’t stay here but elsewhere in France. It was a pity we couldn’t get even a part refund because we would have stayed if it wasn’t for COVID, but I guess that’s the risk I take for booking a cheaper non-refundable rate.

Not much of a Jules Verne experience
You will be disappointed if you imagine this a themed hotel. It is not. It is a budget hotel charging more for the description. What you get is a Carpet with Jules Verne printed on! Thats the lot. Best to call in at the Pirate Hotel next door.

La chambre était propre, literie parfaite, cependant nous nous attendions a avoir des serviettes propres et un lit fait pour notre deuxième nuit. Pas du tout. Pas de piles dans la télécommande, une douche pas pratique et les joints des paroies qui fuyaient de l'eau partout.... Dommage pour le prix tout de même.

Nous avons passé une nuit en famille à l’hôtel Kyriad dans une chambre à 5, très bien conçue et très propre. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. L’hôtel est à proximité du Futuroscope, très pratique pour la visite du parc. Nous recommandons!

Chambre et hôtel assez propre , dans notre chambre il yavait au moins une 10 aine de punaise ( punaise d’extérieur) près de la fenêtre . Assez désagréable à les chasser . Il y’avait des gaines apparentes en plein milieu de la chambre .

Chambre familiale très petite et mal insonorisé côté extérieur ( réveillé dés 7h15 par les voitures qui passaient) , dommage car très bonne literie et super oreiller à mémoire de forme ( En vente à l'accueil , si vous en voulait un pour la maison ). Buffet petit déjeuner sympathique. Hôtel à thème qui n'a pas grand chose à voir avec Jules Verne.

Chambre spacieuse et literie tres confortable. Proprete exemplaire. Personnel tres aimable e5 souriant. A 5 min du Futuroscope. Un seul bemol: le petit dejeuner de mauvause qualite, produits industriels, il n'y avait meme pas d'oeufs, les deux jours ou nous y etions. Le personnel a neanmoins fait un geste et a remboursé la moitié du petit dej.

Chambre propre et confortable
Malgré une panne informatique pour nous attribuer notre chambre immédiatement l’amabilité de l’hôtesse d’accueil a tout rattrapé. Chambre très propre literie confortable. Douche parfaite. Seul petit bémol la soufflerie du chauffage par moment un peu bruyante. Mais nous recommandons cet établissement
