Ok for somewhere to sleep

Booked for a 2 night stay to go to futuroscope, beds were comfortable and room size food but the hotel is very tired and looks run down. Bathroom was clean but smelt of bad drains. Breakfast was fine for what we needed but expensive. We were out most of the day so only needed to room to sleep/wash but next time i'd book somewhere else

We just needed somewhere for a quick 1 night stay, it was a lovely dark room and we were pleasantly surprised to find a restaurant on the premises as well so we didn't have to go out for dinner The staff we're very helpful and were very happy to keep my son's medication in their fridge for us. The only thing it could have done with is tea and coffee making facilities in the room Perfect for what we needed though

La chambre est très petite pour 4. 2 lits d’appoint et il n’y a plus de place dans la chambre . Forte odeur d’égout dans l salle de bain. Chauffage/clim impossible à régler Matelas à changer Au niveau du petit déjeuner: très peu de choix en produits salés et pas réapprovisionné. Jus de fruits trop sucrés, salade de fruits industrielle de piètre qualité , choix de yaourts restreint, Etc.. Seul point positif : l’équipe d’accueil et du restaurant très souriantes, accueillantes, efficaces

Nous avons été très bien accueillis . La chambre était très bien , le personnel de l’hôtel et celui du restaurant au top et au petit soin . Nous avions un bébé avec nous, on a eu une petite peluche en cadeaux pour lui.

Pas de wifi, fenêtre ouverte en arrivant (13 degrés) et qui finalement fonctionnait mal (ne se ferme pas entièrement), chauffage de la chambre très très bruyant. Sur les 4 lits annonces, il y avait 2 vrais lits avec sommier et 2 matelas posés sur des planches (pas de sommier), porté des toilettes et d’entrée qui s’ouvrent l’une sur l’autre. Un technicien devait venir pour la fenêtre mais après de l’attente nous avons annulé car nous voulions nous coucher. Le wifi n’a jamais été remis en fonction avant notre départ. Très mauvais séjour. Perte totale de confiance en Kyriad que nous éviterons à l’avenir. Autant aller dans un F1, ce sera moins cher et tout aussi bien.
