The property lobby was clean but the hallway was dirty. The tv had limited channels. I was charged for a room because my flight got diverted. I explained this to the manager Phillip of the situation that was out of my control and he refused to help saying "the hotel loses money because I could've booked that room. He was very insensitive I traveled just to see my dying uncle. I have proof of the delays and diversion. I won't recommend staying here because management is impossible. The front desk clerk however was nice and did offer condolences.

The staff was very welcoming, kind and helpful. The shuttle drivers were awesome. The place was very clean but could stand a little TLC as far as fixtures in the bathrooms, like a fan. All in all I would definitely stay there again.

Exactly what I wanted for an overnight stay to get to the airport. There are limited options for walking distance dining. Having said that the Mexican restaurant next door is excellent.
