About this property

Retreat at the Lake

  • Located within the property of The Point and 3 miles from Trump National Golf Course, the house is a gorgeous, three story waterfront home on a quiet cove on Lake Norman. It has three bedrooms on the top floor, with an additional bedroom in the basement. The main floor has a large living room, fully stocked kitchen with eating area, and den with an additional TV. The basement also has a large hang-out area, with a bar, large 65" TV and a game table.

    The home is located on a quiet, private cove with a protected swimming area. We have 2 kayaks and 2 standup paddle boards available for guests to use. We are located 40 minutes to downtown Charlotte.

    ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES of any kind! There will be a $1,000 fine for any party on the premises. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. There will be a $500 fine.
