"House has new recliner sofas that were so comfortable. Loved the soaking tub and the backyard. Kitchen was well stocked and we had coffee for each day plus water bottles and snacks. We absolutely loved the house and neighborhood. We walked to the park several times, it's safe and neighborhood is friendly. Owners were great and went above and beyond."

"This is a true gem! We can't say enough good things about the lot, location, and friendliness of the owners. The beach was perfect for afternoons with our small kids, and the swim dock perfect for evenings after they were in bed, to enjoy the nearly 180 degree views of the lake. The house is quirky, but thoughtfully stocked -- the best of any rental we've stayed in. We loved how easy it was to get to Belmont and all the other small towns nearby, not to mention Charlotte. "This is a beautiful spot! It rained and stormed our entire weekend there but we were still able to sit under the gazebo on the dock and have a relaxing weekend away. The host was courteous and allowed us our privacy but was available if needed. The neighbor was kind as well. "Perfect place for a lake get away"

"We loved the location of this property. Overall a great place. Just a few suggestions. The towels and linen should be replaced - very wore and stained. We rented for 10 days and no one came to mow or cleaned up the outside of the property. Looked like it had not been mowed for a few weeks, very overgrown and just a mess."

It's an older home but was clean and well-kept. It also had a huge backyard!
