This new, luxury lake-front home is the perfect vacation spot for families and friends looking for a relaxing and fun time on the water. Located on the pristine shores of Lake Norman our property offers breathtaking views, modern amenities, and plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy- including your own infinity edge pool!



Step into comfort and style as you enter the fully furnished, spacious home. With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, there`s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The open floor plan, high ceilings, and large windows provide plenty of natural light and stunning views of the lake.



The living room is the perfect place to gather with loved ones, featuring a cozy fireplace and comfortable seating for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef`s dream, complete with high-end appliances, quartz countertops, and all the cookware and utensils you`ll need to whip up delicious meals.



Outside, you`ll find a large screened in porch overlooking the lake, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or grilling up some burgers for dinner. Just steps away, our private beach and dock offer the perfect spot for swimming, boating, and fishing. My favorite vacation home on LKN!!

This new house is as well built and beautiful as they come!! It is well stocked and has a great layout for families. The beds are comfortable, seating is plentiful and the awesome screened porch was our favorite place to relax. Tucked away away in a safe cove for swimming off the dock, our boat was delivered and everything we needed just felt effortless. The property manager was SO kind...very welcoming and responsive yet never intrusive. They thought of everything to make this your own resort like escape on the lake!!!

Stunning amazing beautiful lake home!Had absolutely everything you'd need from dozens of beach towels, toys for unbelievably pool and paddle boards for lake. A lower level full of arcade games that the grandkids never got tired of playing.Entire family from from ages 72 to 15 years old. I can't enough about how well the kitchen was stocked from utensils to covered plastics bowls to take on the pontoon boat we rented for the week! Appliances were top of the line and the outdoor kitchen was off the chart!!!Definitely plan another staying again!!!Grandkids said "BEST VACATION EVER!!"
