Finished Basement for kids to escape /w kitchen. Private dock with great fishing and lots of space for a private swim. Amazing views and backs up to Lake Norman State Park. Great deck outside with gas fire pit below to enjoy the fire flies. Lake Norman State Park which has 30+ miles of hike/bike trails, boat rentals, picnics.
