This 2,700 sq. ft., 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home that sits right on the water. Just 4 miles from Exit 42 off I-77, you’ll be minutes from restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, yet tucked away in your own peaceful escape.

This home offers plenty of space for family and friends, creating the perfect setting for making memories that last a lifetime. Inside, you’ll find cozy, inviting spaces, including a large living area with a huge TV for movie nights and an arcade game for a little friendly competition.

Step outside to enjoy beautiful water views, a sandy private beach, and a floating dock with a covered sitting area (ideal for morning coffee or sunset cocktails). Go right into the water from the shoreline or take out one of the kayaks for a peaceful paddle around the lake.

The private dock includes a boat slip, and our concierge can help arrange a boat rental if you’d like to spend the day cruising Lake Norman.

Whether you’re fishing off the dock, lounging by the water, or gathering for dinner after a day on the lake, this home offers the perfect mix of comfort and fun. We’ve also included a local hotspot guide with our favorite nearby spots to help you make the most of your stay.
