Welcome to our unique Lake Norman retreat! Featuring a distinctive “upside-down” layout, this home is designed for family fun and comfort. Located on a spacious 1.5-acre estate, you’ll enjoy access to shared resort-style amenities including a saltwater pool with a slide and diving board, a year-round hot tub, and private lake access just a short walk away.

The Space
This home features a unique layout: the main living areas are upstairs to maximize views and light, while three of the four bedrooms are located downstairs.

Upstairs (Main Living Level)

★ Open Concept Living: A bright and airy space combining the kitchen, living room, and dining room.
★ Kitchen: Fully stocked for family meals with baking equipment, pots, and pans. Includes a Keurig Duo (single serve & carafe), Ninja Blender, waffle maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and more. A washer/dryer combo is conveniently located here.
★ Dining: A large table seats 8 guests comfortably.
★ Primary Suite: Features a premium King-size mattress (Dyonery 14-inch Memory Foam), a large closet, and a 4K Roku TV.
★ Bath: One full bathroom is located on this level.

Downstairs (Bedroom Level)

★ "Lake Life" Kids Room: A fun, immersive room featuring a large mural, fishing-themed decor, and two bunk beds (one with a slide!). It also features an arcade machine with 9 classic games like Ms. Pac-Man and Galaga.
★ Bedroom 3: Features a comfortable King-size bed and a 4K Roku TV.
★ Bedroom 4: Features a Queen-size bed and double French doors that open directly onto the back patio.
★ Bath: A second full bathroom with a tub is located on this level.

Outdoor Oasis (Shared)
★ Step out onto your private back patio with comfortable outdoor furniture and a gas grill. Beyond the patio, you have full access to the estate's massive backyard amenities (shared with one other VRBO on the property):

★ Saltwater Pool: 8-feet deep with a diving board and slide! (Open April 15 – Oct 15; unheated).
★ Hot Tub: A 6-person hot tub open year-round.
★ Lake Access: You are just 0.2 miles from one of 3 private access lots where you can swim or launch a kayak.
★ Boating: There are 3 boat ramps available. One features a brand-new custom dock designed to make loading and unloading your boat a breeze. Parking a boat the entire time is not allowed but loading and unloading is.

Pets: Up to 2 pets are allowed with a $150 pet fee. (Have more pets? Reach out for pricing based on breed/size).

Large Groups: This home is part of a larger estate. The pool, hot tub and outside games like pickleball, basketball, putt putt, volleyball, etc.. are shared with a larger main house. Need more space? Contact us to book both properties together to sleep up to 30 people with a total of 11 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms!
