New listing! Get ready to enjoy this stylish lakefront home located in a secluded cove on Lake Norman. This picture-perfect two-story home with brand new furnishings has beautiful spaces for everyone to enjoy privacy and relaxation while having fun making memories at the lake. Nestled among the trees on a secluded Lake Norman cove, you will have unbelievable views of the water and nature. The extra-large covered deck provides sun and shade for dining together at the table (seats 10), grilling, playing games, or relaxing on the plush outdoor furniture while sitting around the fire table at night. The wrap-around deck has unobstructed views of the water from every spot. Walk down closer to the water to play card games or enjoy snacks and drinks in the lighted gazebo. The natural stone fire pit has a built-in bench, making it a sweet spot for roasting marshmallows and telling campfire stories. Take ten steps down to the water to fish, swim, launch kayaks and paddleboards (provided), or hook up your boat or jet-skis to the floating dock. Be sure to ask us for details if you need a boat rental. Upon entering the home, you will be greeted by gorgeous water views and generous amounts of natural light in the main living area with cathedral ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. In this open-concept area you will enjoy: *Extra-long dining table which seats 10 *Family size plushy sectional couch *Shuffleboard *Smart TV and Bluetooth sound system *Dry bar beverage area with wine fridge and gourmet Keurig coffee maker *Beautiful kitchen stocked with every cooking and baking supply you will need for any meal you want to make *Extra-large refrigerator and pantry *Oversized kitchen island with stool seating for 4 After a full day of enjoying the outdoors, retreat to the primary bedroom with an ensuite which includes a spa-like bathroom, smart TV and king-size bed. Step upstairs to enjoy another view of the lake and sunsets from the spacious loft with a smart TV, classic video game console, king-size pullout couch and tons of board games and puzzles for all ages. Down the hall, you will find two adorable nautical-themed bedrooms (queen bed, full/twin bunk bed) with large closets and a split bathroom for bathing privacy. We have 24 hour availability to answer questions and make your stay stress-free. Enjoy Lake Norman's fabulous parks, hiking trails, restaurants and more - just minutes away!

Amazing Lake Norman Retreat, Highly Recommend!

We enjoyed every detail of our stay. Host communication was excellent, starting the moment we booked. The house was immaculate, beautifully designed, and included lots of extra touches, including a welcome basket, a S'mores kit, and starter Keurig cups. We particularly enjoyed the semi-covered patio with industrial fan that made it comfortable to enjoy the lake views even in the sweltering heat. Plenty of fun games and lake toys to enjoy, as well. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great family vacation - the house was spacious and well appointed, for the six of us. Very clean and beds were so comfy! Enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards (all on the property) as well as the fire pit, in the evenings and lazy mornings in the gazebo, enjoying our coffee. This property checked all the boxes for us. Communication with the host was outstanding from start to finish.
