For a one night stay it did the job. The road noise is pretty noticeable, but at least they provide earplugs. Location is great.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood

Property is exactly as advertised. Small charming house and a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for one to three people. Location is great. Right by the highway and can easily get to anywhere in Charlotte. One piece of advice, there is a little bit of road noise and they do very thoughtfully include ear plugs. If you have any manner of white noise generator that should be enough to help you sleep just fine...

Not So Quiet Oasis!!!!

Uninhabitable based on the less-than 100-foot distance from an extremely busy on-ramp to an extremely busy highway!! It was constant road noise and rumbling from the large semi trucks, hot shot drivers, and the continuous onslaught of automobile traffic. The Host 100% misrepresented the location of the property. When contacted regarding the issue the host was less than impressive with his response. I got about maybe 3 hours of unrestful sleep we had to vacate and could not stay the second night. Shame on the host. Nobody should have to go through the experience of the loud road noise. They supplied earplugs which would not have even come close to helping abate how loud it was. I feel for other renters who are duped into this property and received the same less than stellar customer service from The Host.
