Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views. Our bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom, including a walk-in shower with a built in shower seat and hand rails. Host additional guests on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners, a microwave and a gas fireplace in the living room. Don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

This is the second time i booked this room. Situated PERFECT for watching people, ferry, city and of course boats. Walking to cafes and pubs is ideal.. Get that sliding screen door fixed please.

So clean, cozy fireplace, big shower, comfy bed, and amazing views! We were a bit disappointed that the parking lot had not been plowed, so tough to navigate and unload the van. Also wish there were a bit more bowls like for serving salad, etc. But that's just a preference, not a deal breaker. We have already booked our room for this fall and are looking forward to it!

However, part of the reason we chose this place was that they had a sauna, hot tub and pool. Neither The hot tub or sauna worked at all while we were there for three days and 2 nights. The staff just said it was operator error, which was not true. We know how to turn the dial. We did hear from the house cleaning staff that there were always problems with the hot tub. If you’d like to use these amenities, I would not recommend staying here.

Tiled walk-in shower, nice fireplace and kitchen - with plenty of kitchen supplies, lovely doorwall view of the lake and also a window in the dining area to watch the drawbridge, which other condos in the middle of the building don't have the privilege! Very friendly and helpful staff! A few drawbacks to us were: There is a general smell of mold/perhaps water damage somewhere in the condo- kitchen/living rm area. The bedroom is consumed by an enormous bed and cramped to get around; also the mattress and bedding were uncomfortable and in need of updating. The bldg can be noisy with hearing people talking and walking around, as well as noise from vehicles going over the bridge. Overall, it IS a nice place and we would enjoy returning to visit again sometime!

Views of the bay were beautiful, especially the picture window facing the bridge. The master bedroom is difficult to navigate given the shape of the room and size of the bed. We understand king size beds are most desirable, however, it is difficult to walk between the walk and one corner the bed, especially those who get up in the dark.Closet doors are bifold and dated. Not enough hangers for renters to hang clothes for an extended stay. The heavy comforter had to be removed and was bulky to store during our stay. Too warm to sleep with on the bed.For guests over 50, the height of the toilet can be problematic. It is TOO low and POOR flushing. We had to wait and flush 2-3 times.TV is nice and large but confusing to operate. We found the Channel guide but would benefit from a few directions about use.Restaurants nearby we tried were Smoke On The Water, The Weathervein, Terrys and Bridge Street Tap House. All good meals.We toured Castle Farms and highly recommend.
