"I was very pleased with my rental of this townhouse. The property was in a very accessible location. It was clean, and everything worked. The property manager was SUPER in communicating, as he answered all of my questions in advance of the rental date and was very cooperative when I needed to check in in the middle of the night. "My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights in early June. We visited the Torch Lake/Charlevoix/Petoskey area during our stay, and all were very accessible from this condo! This condo would also be a great place to stay if you are golfing nearby or skiing at Shanty Creek. The condo was clean and had everything you might need! Would recommend this condo to other couples as a cozy, renovated, place to stay!"

"Owner was super accommodating with our situation. Home was a perfect fit for our group of 12. Roomier than we expected. Very clean and located in a great area. Would absolutely book again. Much more comfortable than hotels and a great shirt walk to the resort. Only downside is that dryer only dries to the level of damp - unless it's a long stay, I could wait to do laundry once I'm home."

The user name and password given in instructions did not work. Were able to get Wi-Fi by using password off of router. Never could get any tv to work. "This is the perfect location for a quick ski trip. It is a quick walk to the yellow lift, even in ski boots. The accomodations are perfect for a family. The kids also enjoyed walking over to the pool in the evening. Rick is an excellent host and he will make sure you have everything you need."

"Very comfortable place to stay. Quiet, super clean and very well stocked kitchen! The heated floors were an awesome feature! We were a little early in the season to be able to utilize the ski in/ski out but would have been awesome if Michigan weather got the memo! Driving around the mountain area to restaurants etc was easy. My husband and I will definitely be back!! Thank you!"

"Our little family of three (my partner, myself, and our 2.5 year old child) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used a pack-and-play upstairs and our child slept beautifully. We appreciated the many amenities and, honestly, you won't find a better location than this. Walk down the hill and you're at a playground and the beach. Or walk 5 minutes and you're in the heart of downtown Charlevoix. Note for the really tall people out there: the ceilings are lower than average, so if you're over 6' 2"...
