Welcome to unit #347! Our 2 bedroom unit features a bedroom with a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom, a loft bedroom with a king size bed, a queen size sofa-bed in the living room, 2 full bathrooms, including a walk-in shower. Host additional guests on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a 2 burner cooktop, dishwasher, and a microwave. With living room seating for 5, a dining table, and a gas fireplace it is the perfect spot to entertain! Don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 60 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Very Disappointed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beds were terrible, the comforter and blankets stained or dirty not sure which one. Thank goodness I travel with my own pillow but felt bad for my husband because the pillows were awful as well. We are not picky people which is why we didn't complain during our stay but sleeping was rough. Bathroom door in loft was falling apart and the wood was missing in several places. Not what you want to see on vacation paying top dollar like we did. The location was perfect and the staff was friendly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in Charlevoix for a wedding and this was a convenient location for several friends and family to stay. But our unit was terribly outdated and needed some TLC. Other units on the property have been updated and were much nicer than this unit. Of course you can't beat the location and the view!

Reviewer Comments: Spent one night, instead of two Accommodation was unsatisfactory. Damp dirty carpet with smoke odor. Insufficient towels no replacements or service requested. Had to leave accommodation and return keys next day. Triggered asthma due to smoke smell.

#347 is worse for wear

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed in the Edgewater for 25 years. This room was as tired and beat up as I have seen. I understand there is balance between rental and updating but this room needs major updating. The carpet is sticky and stained. The furniture is original, which is also sticky and stained...all of it. The refrigerator is small and barely useful. The tile and counters are chipped. The cabinets are loose. The screen door never would stay in place. There were exposed outlets and the upstairs toilet wobbles. The management did come take photos and made some minor repairs immediately. They replaced the furniture on the balcony, which was nice. However, the hallways were not vacuumed and the carpet in the entire building is very old and stained. The new management has a challenge to help owners update their properties. The staff seems more attentive than previous years, but they still couldn't put the correct emergency number on paper for when they were away from the desk. There was never an answer to which I found out after five days the number was not correct. Rose was compassionate and empathetic to our issues and did the best she could to accommodate us. The other rooms that are updated are amazing.
