Enjoy this beautiful 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views, and a sofa bed for additional guests. Our bedroom features a king bed and plenty of closet space. The full bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower with an updated vanity.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners. The living room has seating for up to 6 guests next to a cozy fireplace, with additional seating in the dining nook. And don't forget to enjoy the walkout patio as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 47 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Very clean and able to walk to town. Fireplace was not working and the immediately came and fixed it. Place was just as the pictures looked. It was November so very quiet. Would highly recommend.

The Edgewater Inn rental property uniquely offers the best waterfront views available in downtown Charlevoix. This particular end unit is on the first floor and has a larger living space than most of the other 1 bedroom units. There are several glass doors with breathtaking waterfront views. The unit has been updated and was very clean. While it felt private, we enjoyed watching the boats coming and going into Lake Michigan.

This place was just like being home, clean beautiful and comfortable. Better than a five star hotel. Loved it and would go back anytime. I give it a six start out of five. Only complaint was that we were notified two days before arrival that major exterior renovations were taking place during our stay. There were many construction crew working through out our stay, sometimes directly outside our doors and windows. While the construction crew was courteous and professional we felt like we should have been notified at the time of booking of the renovations. I likely would have chose different accommodation's and feel this is misleading. Having said that it is a nice property and location.

Ronica was fantastic to suggest this property instead and it worked out perfectly! I happen to have an auto disease, allergic to mold. We noticed it and talked to the lady at the front desk and asked for another room but she claimed everything was booked. So unfortunately I couldnt sleep in the bedroom.

The rates have gotten pretty pricey and due to this we are going to begin looking around the area for alternative lodging. You used to offer a 10% discount when staying 7 nights which you no longer offer. You should offer this as it also saves you money in turning over the condo cleaning wise less often. The majority of people we talk to only stay a night or two due to the cost. The manager and front staff were very kind and responsive to the concerns we had during our stay such as lack of hot water for showers. Think you should be able to opt out of housekeeping services at a slight discount. We prefer to clean up after ourselves and not have people coming into our rental each day. You also need to provide parking passes for renters cars when they check in. When we came back late at night, we were unable to find a parking space due to others not lodging at the Edgewater. Had to park on the grass on a slight hill.
