"The location is nice by the marina but there's nothing around at walking distance. Since the hotel doesn't offer food besides breakfast, it's not a good location for food options or stores. The hotel is badly maintained and dilapidated. Positive: cleanliness and the kind staff at the reception desk. "

"The room itself was somewhat dated. But it was clean and had a comfortable bed. Stayed for two nights and was quiet both nights. Breakfast itself is excellent with a great coffee the seating area could have been bigger. Overall a good stay."

"Check-in was easy and front desk staff were friendly. The ability to have a made to order breakfast was a great perk that we took full advantage of. The lady helping with breakfast was bright and cheerful each morning. We enjoyed her company. We also enjoyed happy hour each day. A great way to relax after walking all day. Valet staff were super nice and prompt. We arrived early before check in. Our bags were kept safe and car was securely parked while we enjoyed Charleston. Beds and linens were comfy. Hotel is close to all the city has to offer. This was our second stay here and will stay again when visiting Charleston. "
