This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

Very comfortable beds and place was very clean. The location is ideal for walking all along King St & the historical downtown. The common areas are well appointed and comfotable, but not a lot of room for 6 plus a child.
We were VERY pleased with the property and the entire rental process. The apartment was perfect for our quick outing. It was close to the Charleston activities, and the surrounding area was charming with several eating places within walking distance.
It was beautifully decorated and updated! Clean and close to downtown Charleston. The beds and pillows were so very comfortable!! Would definitely stay here again if in the area!
Stayed here for a girl’s trip and the location was ideal! You can walk to several restaurants and to King street! Highly recommend if you are looking for a quieter location that is still very ideal for the hotspot locations.
Property was great and photos and description matched the online info. The interior was perfect, very clean with updated appliances and comfortable furniture and beds and the location was great for walking to shops and restaurants. Our only complaint was that access to parking at the rear of the building is tight and can be difficult with a larger vehicle (full size SUV or Pickup) especially if the other units are occupied.
We had a wonderful girls trip to Charleston! We were excited to find a 3 bedroom apartment that was spacious and in a good neighborhood. The process for check in was easy and the apartment was cute and clean.
Clean condo, comfy beds, and great location. Sweet little bakery across the street and wonderful Southbound restaurant just a few doors down. Loved having breakfast out on the deck. Truly enjoyed our stay!
Stayed one night in Charleston. This was a lovely 2nd floor apartment. Everything exactly as described. Safe parking and safe neighborhood. Loved the porch...sitting and chatting on a lovely evening.
We loved the house. Ample space for everyone in a safe neighborhood. The porch was awesome; there was a cute bakery across the street, yummy bagel shop down the block, and King was only 5-7 min walk. Each room had a fan and tv which was nice. We would absolutely stay here again. Management was easy to get ahold of if needed.
It was very charming and lovely decor. We loved that there were three rooms and three full baths. So nice to sit on the porch. It was very clean. Nice quiet neighborhood. A decent walk or Uber to some sites. Great bagel place in the neighborhood - Holey City Bagels. Highly recommend this rental.
