Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

We had a small issue (not the property's fault) that needed clearing up when we checked in, and the contact person was prompt, professional, and generous when helping us clear it up - we would definitely atay here again!
We enjoyed our stay here with our two college age adult children - everyone had their own space, beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with the necessities. It is a few blocks away from King St., dining and other amenities. Highly recommend!
We had a great night at this House. It was perfect for a group of friends. It was attractive, clean and the property manager was very helpful and prompt in answering questions! We will be back!
Much nicer than we anticipated from the pictures. The quality of the apartment and the tasteful decorations added to the charm, comfort and relaxing vibe. The location was great with restaurants and sights just a walk or short ride-share away. We had an issue with the hot water but the property manager got it fixed pronto, sending over a technician who gave us some great trips to enhance our visit to Charleston! Would use again.

This was a beautiful home near the heart of Charleston. It was easy to get around, easy to find, etc.
The common area was small, as indicated by the other reviews but the amount and spaciousness of the bedrooms more than made up for it!
It was perfect for our traveling family and we really appreciated the proximity King Street, etc.

The location was close to walking distance to restaurants. There was plenty of space for 8 people. We did have a problem with the air conditioner but it eventually did cool down after we spoke to the owner. She sent a repair person over. There were fans set up in each of the rooms so that helped a little bit. It was very nice and as indicated the sitting area is small but we made it work. Very easy to get into to.
We liked the layout of this home, and it had sufficient bathrooms for all of us. The common area is a little small and would benefit from more comfortable furniture to hang out, but the bedrooms were well appointed, and the porch was nice to sit and have coffee or a drink. The only real issue with the property was the noise in the area. Specifically, the other rentals (the one next door is a hostel). The older houses lack sound proofing and there were a couple times I heard people outside the home talking loudly at 3 AM. We were also on the ground floor and unit above had a family could be heard walking around, sometimes late in the evening so it made it a little harder to sleep. The location is not bad. It is about a mile to King Street, so it is walkable if you don't mind the hike. It was also nice to have parking, but it is not on the property. It is one street over and was a bit of a hike to get too. But better than nothing.
Very convenient location with many restaurants and shops easy walking distance. Very comfortable beds. Attentive host with quick replies to questions. Overall would recommend this property.

The property was clean, organized and very spacious. The host was incredibly responsive! We had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were nice and fluffy. I will definitely come back to this host and property!
Everything was as described but it was actually better than expected. Very charming place. Great management and communication. Would absolutely stay again. Only thing is parking is 2 blocks away which we were not prepared for. Parking in the area in general is not great so this is more for info for future guests. Not a deal breaker.
