If you book through a third party and pay them for your reservation, you have to get your refund from them. Your nasty review does nothing but hurt the hotel. And your issue has nothing to do with us. I do apologize that your reservation was canceled- free of charge. We were hit by a tornado and had no power for 2 days. Have a lovely day.

Dear Sherry,I assure you that we have several desk clerks. There are three shifts per day. Each one worked by a different person. I apologize if you thought the young man you spoke with was rude.He worked the two evening shifts during your stay and a lady worked in the morning when you checked out.
