We got together with our adult kids for a belated Christmas gathering and had a wonderful time. Great location and neighbors during our stay, we all had a great time.
I can with two of my daughters to visit another one who lives in the area, and we all stayed there together. Very cute spot! Comfortable and charming, had everything we needed, even dishes to entertain. Everything was within walking distance, and it was safe and fairly quiet.
This was a lovely, clean , well appointed property in a great location. The host thoughtfully placed noise machine in each room, because you can hear everything from two close units and close by houses.
We were in town for daughter's Wedding at the Gadsen House. This VRBO property location was perfect!! Easy access to everything especially shopping, restaurants, and night life!!!
This property was perfect for couples looking to enjoy the perks of being in the heart of historic Charleston. The unit has 3 nice sized bedrooms, each one with a private bathroom and a King-sized bed. The place was very clean and had charming decor that made us feel very welcomed. It had everything we needed and was exactly as advertised. We would definitely book again. Thanks Stay Duvet and property owner.
Property was very nice and comfortable. Downstairs bedroom door doesn't stay closed and bathroom pocket door is extremely hard to open once closed. Other than that the unit was very welcoming
The house is lovely and hosts communicated well. The downstairs HVAC did not consistently provide enough on a very cold day.Otherwise a very nice experience.
This place is awesome. A full 3/3 with all en-suite bathrooms. Perfect location for nightlife. Most of everything is walkable. Parking was tight but we were warned of that by the property manager. Would 100% stay here again!
Perfect setup for a girls weekend or couples. Parking was tight but nice to have two spaces; it helped the home behind us didn’t have vehicles for turning around. Walk to King St wasn’t bad. The Co-op up the straight was a fun place to walk too!
Stayed here for the week in Charleston since our daughter was getting married nearby. The house worked great for our family.

Great property... Conviently located... Just as discribed !!
This was our second time staying at this property ..( obviously we liked it the first time!)
Love how easy it is to get to shopping/ dining on King and surrounding areas . Also great access to the crosstown and beaches!

Super house, great location.
This is a beautifully decorated home offering 3 large and comfortable beds with en suites in a super location. 30 minutes walk to the French Quarter and coast, all with great restaurants, bars, sights and shops on route. The famous Hominy Grill is only 5 mins away which is perfect for breakfast/brunch. This is a great place to stay!
Property was nice and very good for our family with parents and adult children with spouses. Held 3 couples nicely with the 3 king beds and 3 bathrooms and had parking.
The place was very nice. However the parking is a nightmare. Spaces are way too small to navigate. I would recommend more toilet paper in the bathrooms and the lighting in the bedrooms could be better. We found everything to be clean and comfortable.
