The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

Great location, close to everything and extremely friendly staff
The unit was well maintained close to all activities in Charleston. The staff was extremely friendly and communicating was easy. The unit is extremely nice, quiet and modern. you are close to all that downtown Charleston offers. Great place and look forward to staying again!
Great memories from our stay in Charleston, and our property was top notch! The property management/hosts were excellent with communication and check in/check out processes were great! This is a great location to stay as we walked everywhere, with wonderful restaurants around the area. Thank you for the great memories! We will be back!

Very long walk to Meeting Street
we had a last-minute change to this VRBO and we are so glad we did! The location is PRIME, could easily walk to the main drain. Parking was easy as well as accessibility to our unit. Place was CLEAN and COMFORTABLE, the perfect setup for our group of girls! We couldn't stop talking about how comfortable the beds were. My one request would be plusher towels. Lastly, we felt so spoiled by the nearby coffee shop! All in all a lovely, wonderful stay. Would 100% stay here again.
Charm of old neighborhood with fresh, new construction
Beautiful property, clean and nicely appointed. Very comfortable beds. Nice location with good restaurants and coffee shops close by. Short pleasant walk to upper King St. and 5-7 drive to City Market area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
This property is decorated beautifully and located in a perfect location. It was far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown Charleston, but close enough that it was a quick walk from many good bars and restaurants. Communication was prompt with the property manager when requesting check in information.
The condo was everything advertised. Great location, very walkable to King St and all that it has to offer.
The condo was extremely clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It was a perfect size for the three of us. Would definitely rent again!

Condo was nice and clean and just as advertised. Good location, just half mile from King Street and an easy walk. There is no need to pay for on-site parking. Just get the street parking passes. I never had a problem getting a close parking pass.
A word to the wise - be prepared to carry your luggage up three flights of stairs to reach the condo. The A/C works well. The bedrooms are cute. The washer and dryer are useful. We had street parking passes. Sometimes we had to drive around for a while before we could find a space. You may want to consider paying for the onsite parking.
My husband, four year old kiddo and I stayed for four nights during the week and had a great time! Super clean, modern, and easy! The natural light in the space is stunning. We got the street parking permits and didn’t have any trouble finding parking. We couldn’t hear any neighbors (we were on the top floor so no one above us). The Spanish restaurant next door was SO delicious. The sound machines were a wonderful touch, having instructions on how to use them would have been helpful but we eventually figured them out.
Water pressure in showers was wonderful. Kitchen was well equipped with lots of pots and utensils. Oven/stove was a little touchy-set off the smoke detector boiling water.
Highly recommend for families or girls trips. I felt super safe in the area walking around with my kiddo.
This was a great property and location. Loved that there was an amazing restaurant next door as well as the mini grocery and coffee shop! Definitely would stay here again! The place itself was very cute!
