Be our guest in the first floor of this historical duplex in the downtown area of Charleston.

The space lends itself to a fun, memorable stay for groups or couples visiting downtown Charleston. With some of the trendiest restaurants on the peninsula just blocks away like Leon's, Melfi's and Renzo, and a 5 minute uber ride takes you to anywhere on the peninsula. 30 minute walk to bars and restaurants downtown so this is NOT in the heart of loud music or bars.

Located in National Registered Historic Hampton Park Terrace, the space is tourist hotspot "adjacent" and allows for a good night's sleep in a neighborhood setting.

The covered front porch is perfect for coffee in the morning or relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening.

(Kinda) bad news:
This home is a ~5 minute UBER or drive from downtown clubs or restaurants downtown. This is *not* the best location if you want to be in the heart of bars downtown but it does allow for a great night of sleep in a quiet neighborhood.

More (kinda) bad news:
This is a 100+ year old home with old home charm. This is not a fancy apartment. Condition of the place is well depicted in the photos and the place has some "Charleston lean" and other "old house stuff" going on. If you're used to luxury hotels, this is NOT the right space for you.
(Almost) Good News: We bought the house in 2021 and are working on slowly updating the space!

All linens, towels and kitchen utensils are included.

Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am on both weekdays and weekends. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227.

PETS: Please inquire prior to booking. Up to two dogs are allowed. Pet fee of $150 per dog is required and due 24 hours prior to check-in. We ask that you send proof of current vaccinations and flea/heartworm medicine at least a week prior to arrival. Dogs CANNOT be left unattended at any time.
Please do not allow dogs on furniture, in beds, bedding or sheets. Please dispose of all dog poop in a plastic bag and put it in the green trash cans in the back.

We are a legal, licensed Airbnb property and are bound by the city, county, and state laws.

All fireplaces are NON-working. A hefty fine will charged for any attempt to start a fire in addition to charges for any damages.
