Located directly across the street from beach access on Folly Beach's quieter West End, this approximately 3,000-square-foot home offers plenty of room for families and groups of up to 10 guests to relax, gather, and enjoy the coast.

What makes this home special is its unique two-level layout. With a kitchen and living room on each floor, guests can enjoy time together while having the flexibility to spread out. It's ideal for multigenerational vacations, two families traveling together, or groups seeking extra comfort and privacy without staying in separate homes.

The home features vaulted ceilings, hardwood and tile floors, coastal furnishings, and abundant natural light. Four front and back porches, including screened outdoor spaces, provide plenty of opportunities to enjoy the ocean breeze, morning coffee, and beautiful Folly Beach surroundings.
One of the home's standout features is its generous outdoor living space. With four porches across two levels, guests have multiple places to unwind and enjoy the coastal atmosphere.
The upper-level front porch offers beautiful Atlantic Ocean views, while the rear porches provide a relaxing setting surrounded by greenery.
Located directly across from beach access, Another Day in Paradise makes it easy to spend your days on the sand without traveling far. Folly Beach, known as the "Edge of America," offers a laid-back coastal atmosphere with local restaurants, shops, nightlife, fishing, and water activities.

THE SPACE
UPPER LEVEL — MAIN LIVING AREA & KITCHEN
The upper level features an open-concept living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island. The dining table seats eight, with four additional seats at the counter.
This level also includes the primary King bedroom with a private bathroom, plus front and back porches with ocean views from the front.
LOWER LEVEL — SECOND LIVING AREA & KITCHEN
The lower level features a second fully equipped kitchen and a separate living room, ideal for families and groups who want extra space and privacy.
This level includes four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an open-air front porch, and a large screened back porch overlooking the backyard.
Whether you're sharing meals upstairs, relaxing downstairs, or spending time on one of the porches, this home's thoughtful layout makes vacationing together comfortable and convenient.

NOTES
This home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. Folly Beach enforces a strict one-strike noise ordinance. Please respect our neighbors and refrain from parties or excessive noise.
The property is only offered as a vacation rental during the summer and is maintained as a residence for the remainder of the year.
Minimum rental age: 25 years.
Check-in: 4:00 PM.
Check-out: 10:00 AM.
Maximum occupancy: 10 people at any time during the stay.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Pets: Not permitted. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Titles II and III of the ADA and are not permitted unless the property is specifically designated in writing as "pets considered" and approval is obtained from our office.
Smoking: Not permitted inside or outside the home.
Events: House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, and similar gatherings are prohibited.

If noise exceeds the legal limit, guests will receive a friendly reminder to lower the volume. Violations may result in police involvement, fines, and potential revocation of the homeowner's vacation rental business license.
If occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and require guests to vacate immediately without a refund.
