Great place in a great neighborhood

All the comforts of home! Although we did a lot of walking around the city, there is literally enough to do in just a few blocks radius of this rental. Highly recommend.

My daughter and her bridesmaids loved this condo. It's in a great location withn walking distance to everything. It was beautifully decorated and communication with property management was great.

Scottish Games weekend

Location is great - easy walk to King Street, history district, etc. Easy drive to Riverfront Park for the Scottish Games and a late lunch at Folly Beach (Rita's restaurant - great service and a delicious lunch). Very Clean and quiet. Beds are were very comfortable.

Spring break

We loved Charleston and the walkability of the city and this property allowed a lot of freedom to walk to many shops and restaurants nearby. The whole property was attractive and laid out well - loved the two bathrooms. The courtyard was also lovely. The parking was tight, but I was immensely thankful to have a dedicated parking spot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

College of Charleston visit

My husband, daughter and I stayed for 2 nights. My daughter is looking at colleges. It’s a beautiful home, safe, easy to access and you can walk to everything. Includes a parking spot and washer/dryer! Will definitely be staying again. Thank you!

Amazing place to stay, great location

Two couples were there for a wedding weekend. We loved being able to walk to King St. Restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Owners were very responsive to any questions or requests! I recommend it. FYI before going I heard it was loud and we used the sounds machines at night and we slept great. No noise and I’m a light sleeper.

Just a Getaway

The unit itself is very nice and comfortable. The parking situation is a challenge - the space is against the building with little room to maneuver into the space. We chose the unit due to its proximity to King Street -- however, that end of King Street is a little rundown with a lot of vacant buildings or building under renovation.

We enjoyed our stay, however not many accommodations for the price per night. Listing states sleeps 6 only accommodates for 4 guests. Not enough towels, seating. Bathrooms are connected to the bedrooms makes it difficult for those staying on couch. Not a comfortable stay for more 4.

Beautiful property in a prime location!

We stayed at this property in January while my husband was undergoing open heart surgery at MUSC, and it was truly the perfect place for us during such a stressful time. The location couldn’t be better—just a quick, under-10-minute trip to the hospital and walkable to King Street for some much-needed moments of relaxation.As expected for such a prime spot, you can hear some street and sidewalk noise in the bedrooms at night. However, we brought a sound machine, and it wasn’t an issue for us at all!Parking is a little snug, but we found street parking nearby without any trouble.The host was absolutely wonderful—super responsive and so accommodating whenever we had questions!Overall, we’d give it a 9/10 and can’t wait to stay here again the next time we’re in Charleston. Highly recommend!

Comfiest beds!

The place was great! Most comfortable bed and pillows in any place I have stayed! Good location right across the bridge from my pleasant and walking distance to king street. Only hiccup is the dog fee is pricy 250 and wasn’t stated on the original post, but after we stayed we all agreed the price was worth it cause it was very comfortable and convienent stay. Host was super easy to get a hold of. Great showers! Wonderful stay! Would recommend for sure and would stay again for sure!
