This property is lovely, very clean and in great condition, and in an ideally situated area in Charleston. I would recommend highly to anyone wanting to be close to the action but also staying in what feels residential.
The condo was extremely clean and smelled great. Loved the decor and all of the natural light from the big windows. Location is excellent. So many restaurants to walk to. Loved Bad Bunnies Coffee and the street window at the Italian restaurant a few steps away. Great communication with rental people. Would definitely stay here again. Also it's worth paying for the on-site parking.
The management was very communicative, the staff was very friendly, the location is in the heart of the hippest neighborhood, and the property is very comfortable. An excellent start that we would highly recommend.

Condo was in the perfect location to walk to King street for eating and shopping. Small grocery store across the street for everyday items needed. I would definitely stay here again.

This space was just right for what our family needed this holiday week. It was so lovely, bright, and clean with plenty of space for us to sleep, shower, and stay. The buildings are really nicely placed and situated in the neighborhood. It was such a cute place to feel like a local for a few days.
What a wonderful time we had in Charleston! Our condo was clean and just adorable. The beds were super comfy, and the location was perfect for us. We had a quick walk to King Street where all of the action was! Parking is a little tough, but we found a spot and left our car for the weekend. Ubers are abundant!
Simply loved everything about this property and what a great quaint location! The neighborhood was really fun with several restaurants with in walking distance & super easy walk to upper King Street. This property did not disappoint! We stayed in the Magnolia Suite, which was exceptionally clean, modern and well appointed. Perfect location, easy walk to the majority of Downtown locations (inexpensive Uber to all others). Owners were easily available by text.

This was a great apartment for 4 adult friends. We didn't spend much time inside, but enjoyed coming home to a clean, cool, and comfortable apartment. It had everything we needed, and was in a great location. Very walkable, but we also chose to take a lot of ubers due to heat and rain. Overall, it was great and we would stay here again!
We had a great stay in this lovely 3rd floor apartment. Being above most of the surrounding buildings means lots of sunshine coming in through the tall windows in every room. The kitchen/living room area faces south and receives abundant natural light all day. The apartment looks to have been recently remodeled, and it was sparkling clean. One note, there is no elevator, so this property is not for people who can’t do stairs…but if you can, it is worth the climb.
Great location, beautiful condo and nice people to deal with.
We loved staying here. It was as pictured, and very clean, which is important to us. We were four friends traveling together for a 50th birthday and we have been friends for 15 years. We had been looking forward to this trip for six months and the day we were supposed to fly, our flight got cancelled. Charleston vacays worked with us to get another night added for additional fees, but were sympathetic to the cause. They kept checking on us to make sure we were good. It was simply wonderful!
Stayed here with my wife and two college age girls. The two bed, two bath set up was ideal, and the excellent kitchen set up was also very handy. Appreciated the frequent and helpful communication from the managers, including the text group chat during our stay. Would recommend!
