I booked this for my sister’s bachelorette trip and everyone had a great time. The house was exactly as pictured and very clean. It was great having a parking spot in the back as well. We were all very happy with the location as it was very walkable to the fun shops/restaurants/bars down king street.
Our travel family came from all over to celebrate my 50th, our stay was amazing. Both units were fantastic! Thank you for your amazing customer service!

We had an awesome stay here! The people managing the property were so accommodating and made our stay 10x better. The house was clean and a great location, walkable to everywhere. Will definitely stay here again!
Location and home was excellent.
Property was clean and the Management team a pleasure to work with. We did have some noisy neighbors but that’s to be expected during a weekend in the summer when there is lots of fun things to do!

Great location. More privacy than a hotel. It's not the luxury we are used too. But it has potential to be. Very historic and gives you the real feel of what it's like to live in the town of Charleston. The house keeping must of forget to wash the linens in the single bedroom upstairs it smelled like mens cologne and was unbearable to sleep in. But the overall vibe of it was awesome and the location is great.
We went for a long weekend for a girls trip! The location was PERFECT for walking to and from King Street. It was very clean and my favorite part was the local coffee that was provided… what a special touch!
The microwave did not work which was a very minor inconvenience. We were also confused as to how many parking spaces we had, but management was very helpful to get that cleared up. I do wish more parking was available or closer by.
Otherwise, it was wonderful and I would happily stay again!
The place was very clean and the host was kind enough to allow an early check-in for family member we arrived early. We had 5 adults and were very comfortable -(although maybe the living room furniture could have been a little more comfortable). We were able to have a very nice Thanksgiving dinner as well. The only suggestion I have is that there be more toilet paper - which I only mention because it was an issue with other reviewers. Location was good and we walked most places. Note that the parking allocated in the back is for one car. We were able to find street parking right in front, so it was fine. Very nice stay overall!

Great location
We found the location and the management of this property stellar. We communicated with the management company that this property needs a major overhaul in terms of repair and cleanliness. We were assured that this is in progress. Once complete this should make a fine rental. It is noisy as you have people on top of you. We appreciated the help with the management company and dealing with the problems that we experience with the property.

Nice place and a great location
The house was really nice and you can tell they took the time to decorate and remodel to make it nice. My only problem was the lack of household items such as extra trash bags and aluminum foil. There were plenty of sheets, blankets, and towels but they weren’t spread out amongst the first and second floors or even put in a central location like the laundry room. We ran out of towels downstairs and had no idea until the last day that there were extra towels upstairs. We had the same issue with the toilet paper.
Other than that, the place was nice and in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars.

A little disappointed
Location to King Street was great but duplex had a few issues which were disappointing:
1) Couch had a broken frame, set very low & needs to be replaced
2) exterior entry light from adjoining duplex was directly outside master bedroom and glared into bedroom all night through unlined drapes. While light is good for security, this bedroom needs blackout drapes in order for guest to sleep well.
3) no TV in master bedroom
4) wall were not insulated very well so very easy to hear all sounds coming from adjoining duplex above.
5) unit needed a little TLC
6) there is another building next door that is in very very poor condition and can be seen from parking area and kitchen window.

Had a great stay at the Dream Weaver house! More than enough space, and loved the high ceilings. Great location, with some great places to eat within a 2 minute walk, or walk to King St in 5 minutes! We will definitely be back!
The Dreamweaver (Suite A) is in a perfect spot to enjoy historic Charleston. 6-7 minute walk to King St restaurants and shopping, bang opposite a convenience / grocery store and a nice Mexican restaurant and walking distance to several other cool cafes off Rutledge and Cannon. 15-20 min drive to Sullivan's island and maybe 25 min to Folley Beach. The property is pet friendly - both us and our neighbors in Suite B had our furry family friend with us. BTW shout out to our friendly neighbors who gifted us a bottle of wine to celebrate our 10th anniversary :) ... the property was clean, well appointed with sheets and towels, furniture and kitchen appliances were adequate - though no one will really want to cook when visiting Charleston - the Second City coffee though was a nice touch! Check in and out was easy. Nice to have parking in the back of the property - can accommodate 2 large trucks/SUVs. The other reviews re: the main level bedroom being adjacent to the Suite B porch and the upper level bedroom experiencing loud footsteps from above is spot on ... have to admit that it was a little annoying while awake, but we did fall asleep gradually! We also had to get a small bottle of detergent for the washer. Outside of this, no complaints ... recommend a stay here to experience historic Charleston!
Dream Weaver is in a nice neighborhood. When I first walked into the house I was very disappointed about the furniture. It’s not what is on the picture. I’ve had three Neck surgeries and have to have something behind my head. When I book a place I always look at those things. To make sure it will accommodate my needs especially for my neck. The couch was very small and the two chairs we’re even worse. The company needs to either put the right furniture as in the picture or put a picture of the furniture that’s in there. Everything else was just fine. The beds we’re comfortable. The house was clean and nice. The hosts were also very nice.
We enjoyed our stay in Charleston. The home was clean, comfortable beds and located within walking distance to the historical district. We would stay here again.
With having only hardwood flooring there is no noise barrier among the floors. Sitting in the first floor we could hear guests on the 3rd floor walking & talking. Also first floor bedroom is in the back which is also where the entrance is for the other apartment. Can be noisy when they come in super late or leave super early. Other than that we thought it was very nice. & comfortable. Would stay again.
The place was clean, great location, beds were very comfortable! They didn’t mention another rental apartment on top of the house. All the noise traveled through to the house below. And the master bedroom was the back door. Right next to this door was the door to the apartment on the third floor. Bad design ! Poor remodel!
