Bedrooms: 4 Bedroom 1 - King size four poster rice bed, ensuite bathroom, and flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 - Queen size four poster wooden bed, ensuite bath with soaking tub, and flat screen TV. Bedroom 3 - Two full-size beds, ensuite bathroom, heart pine ceiling beams, very atmospheric and charming. Bedroom 4 - Two full-size beds, ensuite bathroom. heart pine ceiling beams, and flat screen tv.
Baths: 4 Bath 1: Beautiful shower on one side of the fireplace, private water closet on the other side. Bath 2: The queen bedroom has an inviting soaking tub with handheld shower, vanity sink. Bath 3: Marble and tile shower, rain head fixture / handheld shower, and glass shower door. Bath 4: Marble and tile shower with two shower heads, glass door, separate marble vanity.
Living Room: Grand Charleston living room with two comfortable sofas, expansive art, built in bookcase, gorgeous dining table with seating for eight, and Samsung “Frame” TV.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with modern appliances, combination Keurig pod/pot coffee machine, and all the small electronic gadgets. The kitchen opens directly to the piazza with another dining table and generous seating.

This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a renovated dependency or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it situated on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old hardwood floors, tall ceilings, original moldings, plasterwork, windows, and doors exude a special warmth, character, and charm that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. The exterior copper roof and guttering provide additional warmth and character. It`s the real deal!

The house was beautiful, clean and so conveniently located. Communication with the host was great and we appreciated the suggested places to visit and eat. The house had everything we needed for our stay including a starter supply of coffee and tea. I highly recommend this rental and hope to be back some day!
Where do I begin. We have made many trips to Charleston and without a doubt this is the finest stay that we have experienced . The home was even nicer than expected . All amenities and provisions , kitchen supplies , linens etc. exceeded our expectations . Communication with Jaime, our hostess, was quick and very helpful. If there was a rating higher than 5 stars, I would have selected the highest. We will definitely stay here again. Outstanding!
House was perfect for our group; in terms of places to sleep and comfort of bedrooms it was perfect. Ease of checking in and out was helpful. Kitchen was well stocked and porch was perfect for sitting on and enjoying drinks with family. The private garden area was beautiful. Walking distance from many restaurants and shopping area and also not a bad walk down to the water. Overall a lovely vacation spot.
We had the best time at this property. Home was just as described. Beautiful and plenty of room for our group of 6. We took full advantage of the beautiful porches and gardens. Walked everywhere to our fav hotspots.

The property is beautiful, even beyond our expectations- quality amenities, appliances & furniture, bedding. Bathroom towels, robes, etc. Comfortable , spacious, very adequate for our group of 9. Loved having two floors, a private spacious outdoor porch and another shared porch on first floor. There are lots of steps which is probably important to know (2 sets inside to get to the unit). Great location very near King Street with all the options for eating shopping, entertainment. Private parking spots were great.Did not utilize offsite resort - seemed a little complicated but probably was very nice. No games or beach towels if planning a trip to the beaches -which we did with Uber. It was beautiful and we were very happy.
Fantastic place, A!! Well furnished, nicely supplied with toiletries, coffee, great kitchenware, very comfortable linens, beautiful indoor and outdoor furniture and artwork. The location is fantastic (easy walking distance to restaurants and shops), and the property management team was awesome too. Our only minor issue was that the TV would not connect to the WiFi, which prevented us from watching a football game we had our hearts set on watching, but overall it was a great place and we would definitely recommend it!

The water pressure in the shower and toilets were not strong so when there were more than 1 person showering it was not a lot of pressure and took forever to get the water hot.
