offbeat fractured frame mirror, and built-in wardrobes.

The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

You will have access to the entire apartment!

Charleston is best seen by foot! Pedi-cabs and ubers are easily accessible if needed, though.

Pre-arranged paid, reserved on-site parking is available for $25/day. $10 Daily street parking passes may also be available. Please inquire and pre-arrange prior to arrival if you will have a vehicle with you.

The vacation rental was well appointed and plenty of room. Located on third floor which I might have overlooked but walking up two flight of stairs while not planned was fine. Location was convenient to restaurants on King and Spring Street. Parking on site was beneficial. Will rent again.

The condo is well designed and well kept. The location is ideal except for Saturday nights. The street noise (partying, drunken loud groups lingering and shouting, car alarms going off) went into the wee hours of morning. Sunday night was quiet as was Monday. Plus, one of the beds is so soft and sagging that two can’t sleep in it. Kitchen is great, Large windows are wonderful. We had an excellent trip, just not much sleep. Please note: this unit faced Spring Street. Other units would be fine and in this one the back bedroom didn’t get much noise. It was quiet with a saggy bed. : ) We would stay here again just not in this unit on a Friday or Saturday night.

The property was great The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was spotless Loved the brightness of the living area and the kitchen The rug in the living room was a bit if a tripping problem. It probably would be better without a rug in the area Overall, I would recommend staying there

Highly recommend for 2 and max 4 people if your in the unit for long periods of time. Charleston is very walkable and parking is an issue. We got parking vouchers which helped a lot. We are all old seniors and even the stairs to get in did not bother us. Charleston is a must visit location!

We had a wonderful trip! The condo was PERFECT!!! so clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and comminication with owner was quick and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again on the next trip!!! The flights of stairs was not an issue at all. The cleanliness of the condo was worth more than 5 stars. Thank you!

Very clean. Nicely decorated and up to date. Comfortable for four of us. Good area. Close but not too close to everything. 7-15 minute drive from most everything in Charleston. Not quite walkable to historic district. Appreciated renting a car. Need new mattresses.

What a lovely place to stay! Upon entering you immediately notice how light and bright it is, along with being spotless. Each room has it's own tv so no worries for anyone who needs this. The location is great; right in the heart of everything. The only thing I would add is that for anyone with mobility issues, this unit is on the third floor with no elevator. For all others, it's not an issue. We had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend!

We were very happy with this property. Our only complaint was the lack of enough tissues, paper towels and toilet paper. We were a party of 6 and there was no way what the provided would be enough. The manager did bring it when asked, but there should have been enough there for our stay beforehand.
