Contemporary 2-BR Getaway with Private Terrace, Near Scenic Hikes & Spa (Apr-Sep)

The owners have completely renovated this village house into a vacation home with contemporary decor and furnishings.
Ground floor: Large kitchen, large living room with dining area and lounge/bedroom area (2 single beds including a trundle bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom (shower and toilet).
Electric heating, pellet stove.
From the living room, you will access the shared green space and your private terrace via the stairs.
All shops are on site. Superb hikes in the Bouble Gorges, a site classified as a "sensitive natural area" of great ecological, landscape, and cultural richness on the GR300 Saint Jacques en Bourbonnais trail. It is located 15 minutes from the A71 Clermont-Ferrand/Paris motorway, 35 minutes from Vichy, 15 km from St Pourçain-sur-Sioule. Charroux, listed as one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France, is a 5-minute drive away.
A private spa is available year-round for an additional €25 per stay, payable locally to the owner.
