The kitchenette had everything you need to make a light meal. The room was spacious and very clean. The room had AC which was surprising! Excellent location for exploring Chania. The rooftop terrace was a wonderful oasis to enjoy a glass of wine and unwind. I would stay again without hesitation.

Excellent location, the superior suite is a beautiful, spacious room with a large seating area, kitchenette and fridge. Complimentary drinks, snacks and toiletries were included. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming. Stayed here twice now and we’ll probably come back again.

Eluetheria, Roxani, and Tonia were all friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. The room was lovely and quaint, built into a beautiful old Venetian building. It was reasonably priced and close to the harbor. We highly recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is very convenient close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. The owner and receptionist were very nice. They gave us fruit baskets , water bottles and candies upon arrival. They have all what you need like coffee, sugar etc. Definitely recommend this hotel.

All hotels should take a cue from this person. We had a wonderful time, I was almost sad to leave. The hotel owner was incredibly kind in recommending everything (places to see, parking, things to avoid). Without his advice, it wouldn't have been the same. The room was meticulously designed and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect, very beautiful and convenient, in ancient Chania. I highly recommend it. My husband and I stayed at the Palazzo di Pietro for 4 nights. It was a charming and beautiful place. The owner checked us in and took the time to explain the area and provided a map and recommendations. We were welcomed with fresh fruits and a bottle of wine. Our room was located in heart of Chania old town, literally steps from the beautiful harbor. I highly recommend Palazzo di Pietro, you will not be disappointed.

This will forever be my place to stay in Chania. Having been before, nothing will compete with the hospitality, kindness, location and ability to book other opportunities through the host. I’ve been to 56 countries and I rate this location as top notch. It’s not a 4 Seasons. It’s culture, family owned and is everything you need if exploring the city daily without needing the host to bow to your every desire. Even though she does. Rebuilt after WW2, her father passed on the amazing hotel that stands. We also booked a taxi and moped through the host with ease. Along with plenty of recommendations.

Loved this hotel, it was really central and cozy to stay in. Would go back if going to Chania again. Really nice and helpful staff, makes you feel really welcome! The Cretan hospitality on top here! With so comfortable rooms!

What a wonderful property. Right in the heart of Chania’s old city. It feels like the hotel takes you back in time with its antique furniture and wood finishes but still with modern amenities needed for us. The owners were very sweet and helpful for our first visit in the Crete. Their recommendations and knowledge of Crete helped us build memories we wouldn’t have had without their help. When we revisit Chania this will be our go to hotel.

Awesome location. Nice touch to have a bottle of wine gift on arrival and a gift on departure. Lovely shower in room and so many dining options within 5min walk, great advice from reception. Only hard thing about our stay was lugging suitcases up 2 flights of stairs and of course leaving!
