A bit of a dated room with lots of marks and scratches etc. Air conditioning also won't go lower than 25 degrees so room is very hot. But it was a clean hotel, very good area and friendly staff

They need to remove the automatic door closer on room doors. Every time a neighboring room enters or exits the entire room and walls shake with a loud thud when their door slams shut. Location is great right on the main street in Haeundae. AC didn't work so we kept the lanai door open at night to cool the room, and the street noise occasionally woke us up.
