My stay at the hotel was excellent from beginning to end. The customer service was outstanding, and the staff was always professional, attentive, and welcoming. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the room service exceeded my expectations. Overall, everything at the hotel was exceptional. The activities organized for guests were enjoyable, well planned, and conducted professionally, which made the experience even more memorable. I would definitely visit this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay. For me, everything was excellent.

A few great staff member that actually cared the rest were nice but only were attentive when tipped. The room condition is horrible for a 6 year old property! I had mold in the shower, tiles coming off, water smelling, room too hot. But the worst is the food! at best it was a 7 for a few choices the rest is a 4/10. Lunch you basically have 1 place or outside that served all the same things

Vista al mar y playa muy linda. Personal amable, buena comida y buena ubicación. La facilidad de que el all inclusive sea opcional lo hace un buen hotel para tomar tours y regresar a dormir a un lugar limpio y bonito.
