The staff was super kind and helpful. We thought the food was good, not sure what other reviewers complained about. The property is 20 years old so you notice a little wear and tear but most of all it was great. Rooms were spacious for family of 4. Our only complaint was they do try to upsell a lot and join infinity group or buy spa services. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would recommend for families.

I paud for ocean view room and I received room with a view on the roof of the building .
I talk ti the manager but he didn't help me .
Disappointed.
Windows in my room were in terrible conditions I could hear wind blowing through them ehich makes room humid and uncomfortable 😳
