Located on the ground floor and single-storey, it includes a lovely 15 m² living room, an open-plan fully-equipped kitchenette, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with bath). The accommodation comprises
- A 15 m² living room with TV, sofa, fold-away bed (140×190) and a dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 2 single beds
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

Outside:
- A 12 m² south-facing balcony to enjoy the sunny days.

You can also enjoy a leisure area comprising:
- 1 heated outdoor pool (if outside temperature below 20°C)
- 1 whirlpool bath
- 1 or 2 saunas (depending on use)

The area is open from July 5 to August 31, 2025. Access by badge system.

The flat is ideally located in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Ski lift is about 20 meters from the listing.

- Downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing
- Hiking around the Arselle plateau
If you come out of season, almost all shops are closed. Don't hesitate to ask at the tourist office before your stay.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private outdoor car park. ( remote control for the gate )
