De chalet werd in zeer slechte toestand aan ons ov erhandigd. Wij hebben eerst de chalet moeten opkuisen daar de kuisploeg was nergens te bespeuren; Noch kuisploeg noch het wegbergen van renovatie materiaal enz . zeker niet in uw verdere verhuring aan te prijzen. De chauffage, bijgevolg het warm water, liet het afweten 3 dagen voor het einde van ons verblijf en de eigenaar liet ons weten JE M'EN FOU spijts het aandringen van de lieve dame ter plaatse. Stoelen voor 17 personen ipv van 36.Hopen vuile en beschimmelde lakens in sommige kasten en zo verder.... Wij hadden geen ander alternatief dus hebben wij ons proberen te redden met hetgeen we hadden.Ik weet absoluut niet indien U de kosten van deze belachelijke situatie kunt terug eisen . wij betaalden correct , aan HEM van zijn verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. 50% van de 7995 euro korting zou nog een geschenk zijn die we geven Indien u wenst kunnen we U de nodige fotos opsturen indien U ons een adres kunt geven waar die kunnen gestuurd worden. Dit kan niet zo verder gaan. Zowel voor uw onderneming als voor ons wordt dit hier een zeer pijnlijke zaak . Graag reactie van jullie
