"My friends and family found this to be perfect lodging for our gathering. There are 3 common areas inside the house to gather. 3 bedrooms (one with full/twin bunkbeds) and 2 bathrooms. What added value to this property is the proximity to the university (2.4 miles from the State Farm Center) 1 minute to a shopping center with a yogurt place, 6 min to a grocery store, and a neighborhood with walking trails. "This is a second floor apartment that has a lot of lovely features. The host clearly has put time into making it comfortable and pretty. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen works well. The bathroom is old but works fine. The challenges were that the listing showed bunk beds and a king bed, but it was two king beds, which made it hard to find sleeping for two teenagers who don't sleep well together. To be fair, the host apologized and brought over extra blankets so we could use the futon....
