"Great stay "

"The room we had originally been assigned was having issues with the air conditioning and it was about 100 degrees outside. We told the front desk as we were leaving to get dinner and head to the state fair. They said they could fix it while we were gone. After being outside for the rest of the day we both just wanted a cool shower and to collapse into bed. We got into the room and it was still hot. Went downstairs and they moved us to a different room that was nice and cold. The next morning breakfast was lacking but we had been notified beforehand about this so not a big deal. The staff were amazing in helping us with the issues we had and were so kind. "

"The staff all across the board were incredible. Helpful, thoughtful, polite and welcoming. I want to give a special shout out to “Auntie Liz,” the shuttle driver, she gave us many more reasons to love OSU (the school we were visiting)."
