The apartment is about 5-7 minutes outside Chamonix in a quaint hillside village, very quiet location. The building is fairly new and the apartment very modern inside. The apartment is on the bottom floor, everything was really clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with basic staples and equipment, living area was really nice, there was easy parking access right outside the building, and a washer/dryer inside with a clothes drying rack included.The only issue was the apartment had no A/C, where it was listed on the VRBO listing when we booked. We were concerned with the hot summer in France, Veronique contacted us the week before and apologized, supplied fans, but the evening cool air was good enough.....all good in the end. A/C has been removed from the posting.Highly recommend this rental unit, it's very comfortable and in a quiet easy to access location. Veronique was a very responsive host.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Wonderful and accommodating host, amazing linens and towels, amazing dishware, washer and dryer, amazing views, nice patio area. Would definitely stay again. Though there was no air conditioning it was not needed, even in August.

Super appartement avec une belle vue tres bien équipé a l'intérieur un confort extraordinaire tout a porter de main de belles chambres de belles douches des équipements tv et autres . ..Un tres belle accueil endroit tres calme aussi et un parking de proximité rien a dire un conseil allez y les yeux fermé.Appartement luxe et tres propre.
