Nous avons passé un séjour globalement correct dans cet appartement, mais avec plusieurs points qui ont rendu l’expérience moins agréable que prévu. L’appartement est en réalité assez éloigné du centre : sans enfants cela n’aurait sans doute pas posé de problème, mais avec des enfants en bas âge, les trajets à pied se sont révélés difficiles, et nous avons dû prendre la voiture presque tous les jours pour aller au centre ville, ce qui était un peu pénible. S’était obligatoire pour nous car les cours de ski sont quand même asser loin d’autant qu’ils ont été déplacé au planardMon conjoint et moi avons également développé des réactions allergiques pendant le séjour. On penses que c’est dû aux vieux meuble en tissus. Ou à l’isolation. En effet, on avait froid la nuit on a donc monté le chauffage mais l’air été très sec, cela nous a malheureusement conduits à écourter notre venue.Le principal point négatif reste toutefois le bruit provenant de l’appartement du dessus : nous entendions régulièrement les pas du voisin, comme s’il marchait avec des semelles très dures ou des talonnettes. Cela nous a réveillés plusieurs nuits de suite et nous étions vraiment épuisés. On en pouvait plus des claquettes, car ils se levaient toutes les nuits vers 1h et 3h du matin.C’est d’autant plus dommage que l’appartement en lui-même est propre, bien équipé, et que le jardin est un vrai plus. nous l’avions justement choisi pour que les enfants puissent en profiter.

Vue exceptionnelle

Appartement bien placé à 10 mn à pied du centre ville , vue exceptionnelle sur le mont Blanc grand parc impec pour le chien. Manque un lave vaisselle, ventilation salle de bain qui ne fonctionne pas, et à la place du propriétaire je changerai la gazinière je prendrai feux gaz mais four électrique .sinon très satisfait de notre semaine .

Appartement conforme à notre attente

Par contre, nous avons du laver les assiettes, les verres ainsi que la bouilloire et la cafetière électrique (toute encrassée) avant de pouvoir d'en servir. Le ménage général nous a semblé un peu limite (sols) . A part cela,la literie est très bien et nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette très belle région.

Torniamo sempre molto volentieri

Torniamo ogni estate con gioia e ci troviamo sempre meglio. La casa ha tutti i comfort, è attrezzatissima ed è piacevole sia all’interno che nel giardino con la sua stupenda vista sul Monte Bianco. La posizione rispetto al centro di Chamonix è a soli 10 minuti a piedi e e le persone di riferimento sono sempre disponibili e cortesi. Torneremo anche l’anno prossimo

Location parfaite à tout point de vue

Appartement très bien situé avec tout le confort pour 4 personnes, spacieux, propre et pratique dont le jardin offre une vue extraordinaire sur toute la chaîne du Mont Blanc. On est sous l'Aiguille du Midi et on peut passer des heures dans les chaises longues du jardin à profiter du cadre exceptionnel. L'appartement lui même est plus grand qu'il n'y paraît sur les photos. A noter qu'il y a un vrai frigo après partie congélateur. Des conditions de séjour idéales.

Vue magnifique sur le Mont Blanc. Appartement bien équipé (très bonne literie) et bien situé (à quelques minutes de marche de l'arrêt de bus et de la boulangerie), rue calme. Stationnement facile. Vaste jardin.
