The first bedroom has a double bed with ensuite toilet and shower and door onto the balcony with views overlooking the lake. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a single bed and if required a second single bed that can be pulled out also. There is a family bathroom with a toilet and walk-in shower. The apartment was recently renovated to a very high standard and its stylish furnishings help make this beautiful Chamonix apartment feel like home from home. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay in Residence La Cordee including full-size oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge and coffee machine. The dining table seats 6 -8 people so perfect if you have friends staying in another of the Cordee apartments. The cosy living area has plenty of comfortable seating on the sofa and armchairs, for gathering around the TV.

The Residence La Cordee occupies a prime position in the Chamonix valley - within easy walking distance of Chamonix town centre, in a peaceful, lakeside location. La Cordee 124 Apartment benefits from the south-facing aspect of the central building, with spectacular views of Mont Blanc. This apartment in Chamonix is just a 5 minutes' drive from the town centre; you can also comfortably walk into Chamonix along the river in about 15 minutes to access all of the shops, restaurants and bars. Flégère is the nearest cable car and at just 5 minutes' drive away this ski lift that was new in 2019 makes the Flegere ski area one of the best accessible and most fun in the valley.



Getting Around:

The Chamonix valley sits at the foot of Mont Blanc in the heart of the French Alps, displaying glaciers and breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains all around. Chamonix valley is ranked one of the top skiing and boarding resorts in the world and while Chamonix is famous for skiing in the winter, you may be surprised to hear that the summertime is just as popular - walking, hiking, rock climbing, paragliding, water rafting, mountain bike trails, even an 18 hole golf course! Not to mention major sports events such as the Mont Blanc Marathon and the Ultra-Trail du Mont Blanc.
